One list for the vendor screen. Tick the Innards upgrades you've built and the quests you've finished. Keep counts drop as you go, and items flip to SELL once nothing needs them. Packing for a raid? Set a goal in the raid planner and the Raid Loadout keeps room for it in your rig.

The left one sells. The right one looks the same in a hurry and is needed. Tap an icon to see it big.
Find one item to see where to farm it, or a container (like Civil Goods Canister) to see where it shows up and what's inside. Pick a goal to see what an upgrade or quest still needs and which map covers the most of it. Or just tick the maps you're running to browse what's worth grabbing there.
Tunnels mostly share loot with their area (wiki): A with Ashen Mesa and Scorched Enclave, B with Elephant Mausoleum, Mech Trenches and Scrapyard Nexus, C with Frozen Swamp and Stairway Gate, D with Downtown Lost Angels, Underground Cemetery and Babel. The wiki's tunnel maps back up the old tip that A has the fewest containers: about 65 per layout, against 86 in B, 102 in C and 94 in D. Player tips (?): B is good for drone parts, C and D have loot rooms.
Sell now starts with everything that has no use at all and grows as you tick progress. Items that only feed crafting drop to Craft stock so you keep a few. Repeatable quest items stay as Keep a few because those quests come back.
